Renters are required to sign documentation that they have received, read and agree to the rules and regulations of Harbor Towers as well as a waiver for the pool, tennis courts and other participating activities on the premises.
Failure to adhere to Harbor Towers rules and regulations may result in fines that are the responsibility of the renter.
